Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and 7+ years in energy efficiency program management.
• CEM certification is preferred.
• Experience with commercial lighting and energy efficiency products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and performance of upstream energy efficiency initiatives for Commercial & Industrial customers in Rhode Island.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet energy savings targets and KPIs.
• Lead budgets, tracking, and program metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead procurement and manage vendor relationships for external delivery vendors.
