Rhode Island Energy is seeking a marketing and program leadership specialist to drive energy efficiency, demand response, and customer assistance initiatives for residential and commercial customers.

You will design and execute campaigns, manage agencies and partners, and ensure programs stay on budget while delivering measurable results. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are required, with strong communication and leadership skills in a dynamic utility environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of five years’ relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns to promote energy efficiency, demand response, and customer assistance programs.
• Design, write, and distribute promotional e-mails, direct mail, bill inserts, and collateral.
• Manage advertising agency partner for mass market tactics (radio, digital, print, OOH, TV).
• Develop and manage an annual communications calendar with events and activities.
• Become a subject matter expert on energy efficiency programs at Rhode Island Energy.
