Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Leap Program Manager to lead early career experiences for Leap Associates and Summer Interns in the US. You will manage cohorts through multi-week onboarding, collaborate with vendors and partners, and work with the Leap leadership team to ensure successful transitions into Fidelity's software engineering environment.

This role requires strong people management, coaching and feedback for young engineers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of PM experience.
• Experience coaching and developing talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Experience managing direct reports, especially early career talent.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and assess early career software engineers as they transition into their first professional role.
• Drive the success of the Leap program through program management and other project work.
• Support ongoing engagement and development of Leap alumni.
