Job summary

VLGE AI is seeking a Senior Unity Developer to help build core systems for our platform focused on data infrastructure for physical AI, robotics and spatial intelligence in San Francisco. This hands-on role requires strong C# skills and systems thinking to architect and implement features while upholding performance and reliability standards.

You will work closely with AI engineers and product leadership to shape the engine and tools that power our real-world, data-driven experiences, including

Qualifications

• Must-Have 6+ years professional Senior Unity development.
• Strong C# and systems-level programming skills.
• Experience with performance optimization (CPU, memory, GC).
• Comfortable working on data-heavy or analytics-driven features.
• Experience with multiplayer, simulation, or large interactive environments.
• Ability to both architect and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to core code, product features and the overall technical architecture of VLGE.
• Make key decisions around feature tooling, pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Work closely with Product team to translate vision into execution.
• Set engineering standards for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
