Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Senior Union Payroll Associate to manage multi-state, multi-company weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for union and non-union freelance workers. You will ensure compliance with CBAs, federal and state wage laws, and FOX policies.

The role focuses on accurate processing, inquiries handling, timekeeping knowledge, and driving process improvements within Payroll Shared Services. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on union payroll processing experience.
• Experience interpreting withholding orders for levies, garnishments, child support.
• Experience with automated time and attendance systems.
• Experience leading standardization and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state, multi-company weekly/bi-weekly payrolls for union and non-union freelance employees.
• Handle on-demand payments, retroactive payments, and tax adjustments per contracts and laws.
• Set up withholding orders for levies and garnishments in payroll system.
• Interpret union pay and PTO rules and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support testing during new timekeeping system implementation and train staff.
• Conduct pre-payroll audits of earnings, deductions, and tax setups.
