Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to provide technical support for voice solutions at Hanscom AFB. The role requires designing, implementing, and maintaining voice infrastructure to meet AF standards.

A US citizenship with SECRET clearance is required, and the position is full-time. You will work with a team of UC engineers to plan voice environments, review procedures for capacity, performance, and security, and interface with vendors for

Formación

8+ years in unified communications with voice infrastructure.
US citizen with SECRET clearance.
Hands-on experience configuring/managing Avaya Aura suite.
Experience with SIP/H.323 and SBCs.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and support on-call emergencies.
Experience with Visio topology maps.

Responsabilidades

Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot voice infrastructure and provide customer support for voice services.
Plan voice environments, capacity planning, performance, reliability and security for internal customers.
Install, upgrade, operate, maintain, and configure equipment/firmware/software to ensure voice service availability per AF standards.
Work with vendors to evaluate hardware/software and make recommendations.
Coordinate meetings and create notional voice line cut-sheets for capacity planning.
