Job summary

Idaho Environmental Coalition in Idaho Falls is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead UNF projects from inception to completion at the INTEC site. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate execution, aligning with multiple organizations and vendors to meet objectives.

The role requires strong program management, cost estimation, and stakeholder communication. DOE-related experience, security clearance ability, and PMP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience may be accepted per DOE guidance.
• Experience: Grade 15 requires 2 years relevant experience; Grade 18 requires 12 years.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this DOE site position.
• DOE security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• PMP certification is optional.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and identify stakeholders.
• Develop, analyze and manage project schedules.
• Manage and track milestones and overall project cost.
• Plan and execute new and existing scope by Task Order.
• Interact with a diverse range of programs and personnel.
• Support Earned Value Management System requirements.
• Coordinate and manage project execution to come in on time and under budget.
