Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking an undergraduate or Masters intern to gain hands-on experience in project management within the PMO. You’ll support cost estimating, scheduling, controls, policy and assurance across a range of projects and functions, while helping to modernize PMO practices.

The team operates on a 9x80 schedule on-site at the Idaho Falls Campus. Start date and duration vary by project and student availability.

Formación

• Undergrad junior-senior or Masters student enrolled full time at an accredited college/university studying business analytics, finance, business management, construction management, project management, or a closely related degree.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (including CPT and OPT).
• Resume or CV on file (current).
• Unofficial transcripts (include current and completed degree programs).
• Current class schedule and number of credits.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to PMO initiatives and improving PMO processes, tools and capabilities.
• Support Program & Project Management, Project Scheduling, Cost Estimating, Project Controls, Policy & Assurance as needed.
• Help modernize PMO practices by improving policies, documentation and workflows; develop standardized templates and tools; support PMO reporting tools.
