Job summary

Idaho Environmental Coalition in Idaho Falls is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee onsite subcontractor activities, ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements, and support project execution at INTEC/Sitewide.

This full-time exempt role requires a BS in Project/Construction/Engineering, experience with nuclear facilities, and the ability to coordinate field work, manage vendors, and report to the Construction Manager.

Qualifications

• BS in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering; a combination of education and experience may substitute for a degree
• Experience with nuclear facilities and subcontractor management
• Salary grade structure applies with defined Min/Max ranges

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field work including construction, mockups and subcontractor oversight
• Ensure activities follow the written work plan and safety/environmental requirements
• Provide daily status updates to Construction Manager and interface with multiple teams
• Review subcontractor invoices and ensure compliance with contract terms
• May serve as the subcontract technical representative on-site
