Qualifications
- 5-7 years underwriting Financial Institutions with focus on asset managers (RIAs, private fund managers).
- 5-7+ years’ experience driving agency relationships resulting in profitable new and renewal business.
- Proficient in UW core competencies and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Mentor for less experienced underwriters and share knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with partners.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite and sell new and renewal Specialty accounts with profitable growth.
- Manage assigned portfolio to meet GWP, profitability and mix goals.
- Develop and execute territory business plans and collaborate with agents and management.
