Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7+ years in underwriting or market facing areas.
• Alternatively 14+ years in claims or underwriting support with similar scope.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 5+ years in underwriting or market facing area.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Property & Casualty production underwriters.
• Travel as necessary to support the team and broker relationships.
• Cultivate key broker relationships and drive sales execution.
• Foster an engaging team culture with a strong technical and staff development mindset.
