CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to lead financial analysis and pricing efforts for PBM and Enterprise pricing programs.

You will contribute to pricing deployment, collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal, and drive data-driven recommendations to optimize profitability and client value. The role requires deep PBM knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years in a health plan actuarial role, PBM financial analysis or underwriting.
• Experience in PBM/Health Plan or PBM/Employer preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, actuarial science or related field.
• Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40.

Aufgaben

• Assess risk and develop recommendations to maximize client value while retaining margin.
• Develop pricing recommendations for multiple lines of business based on in-depth competitive analysis.
• Assist underwriting leadership to develop pricing for downstream pricing.
• Complete tasks in the Caremark Underwriting models.
• Modify FAFs appropriately.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support internal and client requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Sales, Account Management, Caremark and Aetna Finance partners.
• Create and update Pricing Commitment Documents reflecting Caremark's pricing and contract terms.
• Advise Caremark Legal during contract negotiations.
• Advise on implementation scenarios related to regulatory changes.
