CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to lead financial analysis and underwriting for PBM pricing strategies.

You will work with CVS Health Finance leadership to drive value through network and formulary pricing decisions across multiple levels. The role requires deep PBM/n Enterprise pricing knowledge, strong data analysis, and the ability to communicate processes and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years in a health plan actuarial role, PBM financial analysis or underwriting role, or comparable industry experience.
• Actuarial experience and actuarial certifications are a plus.
• Strong technical skills – particularly in Excel.

Aufgaben

• Assess risk and develop recommendations to maximize client value while retaining margin in PBM and Enterprise.
• Develop pricing recommendations for multiple lines of business based on competitive analysis.
• Assist underwriting leadership to develop downstream pricing with segment data.
• Complete tasks in Caremark Underwriting models.
• Modify FAFs as needed.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support internal and client requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales and Account Management.
• Develop relationships with Caremark and Aetna Finance partners to assist in margin budget development and validation.
• Create and update Pricing Commitment Documents reflecting pricing and contract terms.
• Advise Caremark Legal as underwriting SME during contract negotiations.
• Provide analysis for regulatory scenarios and implementation options.
• Work with internal partners to understand downstream implications of pricing strategies.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
