Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to lead financial analysis and underwriting within the PBM pricing domain.

You will influence pricing strategies for multiple lines of business and work with CVS Health Finance leadership to drive value with data-driven insights. In this role you will analyze Caremark and enterprise profitability, develop pricing recommendations, and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to implement pricing, ensuring accuracy and

Qualifications

• 3 years in a health plan actuarial role, PBM financial analysis or underwriting role, or comparable industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, actuarial science or other risk management or data related fields or equivalent experience.
• Actuarial experience and Actuarial certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Assess pricing and underwriting strategies to maximize client value while maintaining margin in PBM and Enterprise.
• Develop pricing for multiple lines of business based on in-depth competitive analysis.
• Assist underwriting leadership to develop pricing for downstream pricing with segment-specific data.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support pricing deployments across Caremark and Aetna teams
