Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Underwriter to drive profitable pricing and underwriting decisions for our book of business. You will analyze financial data, model risks, and support sales, marketing, and client engagement with pricing strategies and guarantees.

Under minimal supervision, you’ll apply pricing knowledge in the PBM industry, collaborate across departments, and ensure accounts remain on a profitable basis while meeting objectives for growth, service and expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, or related area, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related work experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the utilization and financial experience of customers and prospects.
• Performs claims re-pricing analyses for complex external data.
• Supports Sales, Marketing and Client Engagement in pricing and guarantees.
• Consults with Legal, IT, HPS and Marketing on financial implications.
• Other duties as assigned.
