• Experience with risk management and monitoring across commercial portfolios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Run/coordinate the underwriting process from initial client discussions to closing, including deal vetting, structuring, term sheet issuance, and loan documentation negotiation.
• Interface with Borrowers, Agent Banks, and Third Party Intermediaries.
• Actively participate in credit approval meetings with Credit Partners.
• Lead underwriting and portfolio management team; supervise staff and drive performance.
