PHLY is seeking a Senior Underwriter to support growth and profitability for Management and Professional Lines. This role involves underwriting, pricing, and marketing across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber, and related products.

The position offers leadership to less experienced underwriters and collaboration with brokers, agents, and internal teams to achieve business objectives. Offices across multiple states may apply, with competitive compensation.

• Advanced technical knowledge of Financial Lines and Management Liability products.
• Strong analytical, financial analysis, and risk assessment skills.
• Sales, marketing, negotiation, business development, and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and market assigned products including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Cyber, and other Management Liability lines.
• Develop and maintain broker/agency relationships and drive profitable growth.
• Prepare submissions, proposals, and negotiate terms with producers and accounts.
