Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in underwriting or related industry.
• Experience managing agency relationships and profitable book of business.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and market assigned products within Management and Professional Lines.
• Manage a profitable book of business and develop agency relationships with brokers.
• Prepare submissions, analyze financials and pricing, and present proposals to producers.
• Mentor and train less experienced underwriters and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
