Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of underwriting Management Liability experience.
• Strong broker relationships and ability to solicit submissions and market effectively.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing business while prospecting new opportunities in Private Company Management Liability.
• Manage book of business including new lines, renewals, and cross-marketing across AXIS product lines.
• Underwrite risks, develop limits, retentions, pricing, and endorsements per guidelines.
• Engage with brokers, attend events, and coordinate cross-marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and regulatory factors affecting the department.
