Job summary

Nautilus Insurance Group (a Berkley Company) is seeking a Senior Underwriter for their Light Brokerage Business. Located in Scottsdale, AZ, this role offers the option to work remotely for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include underwriting new business, overseeing renewals, and supporting team productivity. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related insurance experience.
• CPCU, IIA or other insurance-related classes recommended.
• 3+ years experience underwriting casualty products at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of company’s product appetite.
• Underwrite new business submissions evaluating risk characteristics.
• Support training of new hires and development of associates.
