ICW Group seeks an accomplished Senior Business Development Underwriter to develop and grow a profitable book of business, partnering with agents and internal stakeholders. This role requires underwriting complex risks, leadership in cross-sell initiatives, and strong agency relationship management.

The position emphasizes autonomy, strategy, and mentorship, with substantial travel and a focus on Commercial Lines growth across assigned territories.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years underwriting experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Current driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite, price and manage moderately to complex risks within assigned line(s) of business in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Grow profitable book of business through proactive agency engagement and cross-sell execution.
• Develop, manage, and optimize a high-performing producer force aligned with Company strategy.
• Lead complex account and pricing discussions with agents and insureds; provide underwriting guidance.
• Mentor and support the development of junior staff; participate in training and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and take proactive action to meet underwriting targets.
