PURIS is seeking a dedicated Field Superintendent to manage underground utilities projects in Florida. You will work with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute all site activities, directing trades and on-site teams to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.

You will foster a safety-first culture, ensure environmental and quality standards, and coordinate with engineering and material teams while leading a team of supervisors and subcontractors on demanding water, sewer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil wet utilities construction experience.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Self-starter who works well independently.

Responsabilités

• Oversee field supervision to ensure work aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate scheduling, engineering, and material control to meet project objectives.
• Direct subcontractors and on-site teams to optimize productivity and quality.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality initiatives are followed.
• Recruit, hire, and develop qualified crew members.
• Serve as PURIS representative at the site.
