PURIS seeks a dedicated Field Superintendent to lead underground wet utilities projects in Florida. You will work with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute fieldwork, supervise on-site crews, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This full-time role requires 3+ years in civil wet utilities, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and administer a safety program.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate scheduling and material control to meet project objectives.
• Direct and coordinate on-site work with project management.
• Interface with subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure productivity.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.
• Recruit and hire qualified individuals to maintain high-performing teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
