Job summary

PURIS is seeking a dedicated Field Superintendent to join our team in managing underground utility projects including water, sewer, and storm systems. You will work with the Project Manager/Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, execute, and track all project activities, representing PURIS on site and directing trades to meet project goals.

The role requires 3+ years of civil wet utilities experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil wet utilities construction experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate with project management.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions and scheduling.
• Direct field supervisors and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality.
• Ensure safety, environment, and quality initiatives are followed.
• Interface with on-site teams to resolve issues and meet project goals.
• Recruit and hire qualified individuals to maintain teams.
• Support project management with Work Plans and procedures.
