Job summary

PURIS is seeking a dedicated Field Superintendent to join our Underground Utilities team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing project work with the Project Manager or Operations Manager, acting as the on-site company representative, and directing trades on site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of civil wet utilities experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil wet utilities construction experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and administer safety programs on site.
• Supervise field personnel to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate on-site functions with scheduling, engineering and material control.
• Interface with subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure quality and safety.
• Recruit/hire qualified individuals to maintain high-performing teams.
• Adhere to safety, quality and environmental initiatives.
