Job summary

Fox Contractors Corp. in Indiana is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee underground utility projects in the Indianapolis area.

You will coordinate pipe crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials from start to finish, working closely with Foremen, Estimators and Project Managers to ensure on-time, safe and profitable project delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of leadership experience in underground utilities or civil construction, a degree is preferred but not

Qualifications

• 10 years underground utilities and/or civil construction leadership experience.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and practices.
• Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise multiple pipe crews, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Foremen, Estimators and Project Managers to plan and execute projects.
• Ensure safety requirements and project site compliance.
• Maintain schedules and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Provide on-site supervision and direction to crews.
