gpac is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on infrastructure projects in northern Indiana. You will oversee crews, coordinate daily production, and ensure safety and quality on sewer systems, water mains, and treatment facilities for municipal, commercial, and institutional clients.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read plans, and the coordination of labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining daily progress

Qualifications

• Experience as Superintendent or Foreman in underground utilities or heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of sewer and water main installation.
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read construction plans, specifications and utility layouts.

Responsabilités

An established underground utility and excavation contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on infrastructure projects throughout northern Indiana.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee crews, coordinate daily production, and deliver projects that support local communities. Work includes sewer systems, water mains, treatment facilities, and excavation for municipal, commercial, and institutional clients.

• Understanding of trench protection, excavation safety, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily priorities and hold crews accountable for safety, quality, and production.
• Treatment facility construction experience is a plus.
