Qualifications

• 7+ years of underground utility field leadership experience.
• Experience with self-perform large-scale civil and underground utility projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and conduct regular job-site inspections.
• Manage multiple crews and coordinate tasks across the site.
• Develop site logistics plans and coordinate with owners and inspectors.
• Review drawings and submittals; support estimating and CPM scheduling.
• Monitor costs and manage budgets and materials.
• Oversee field personnel to ensure quality and safety.
