Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in underground utilities construction.
• Proven track record managing large-scale underground utility projects.
• Knowledge of shoring, trench safety, and CAL-OSHA/OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all underground utilities construction projects and crews.
• Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Ensure safety, on-schedule, and on-budget project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, utility companies, and municipalities.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and change orders.
• Mentor and develop field personnel.
