Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience operating construction equipment or performing similar tasks.
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks such as excavating and operating equipment.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cable.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors on project objectives.
• Complete daily production reports to track progress.
