Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience operating construction equipment or related tasks.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled construction tasks such as loading, delivering, excavating, and operating equipment for underground projects.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cable with precision.
• Operate and inspect construction equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Document daily production and communicate progress with the team.
• Assist with site restoration, grading, and landscaping to meet client expectations.
• Follow safety protocols and company regulations; collaborate with Level I laborers.
