Job summary

North Sky Communications, LLC is hiring a Laborer II for our Telecom Underground team. You will perform loading, delivering, excavating, and operate advanced equipment on underground projects, installing and maintaining telecom cables with precision and safety.

You will communicate with the crew, prepare daily production reports, and assist with site restoration. Expect to work in all weather, overtime, and follow strict safety rules in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with authorization to work in the United States.
• Two or more years operating construction equipment or similar tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled construction tasks such as loading, delivering, excavating, and operating advanced underground equipment.
• Install and maintain complex underground telecommunications cable with precision.
• Operate and inspect construction equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors on project objectives.
• Complete and submit detailed daily production reports.
• Assist with site restoration including final grading and landscaping per client needs.
• Follow safety protocols and company regulations.
• Collaborate with Level I laborers to support projects.
• Work in all weather conditions to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
