Job summary

P&C Recruiting | H.R. is seeking a Senior Projects Mining Engineer to lead a team of mining engineers, graduates and interns. You will supervise, train and review schedules while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a demanding underground environment.

The role requires strong leadership, MSHA knowledge, and hands-on experience with mine design software. You will collaborate across disciplines and manage planning, budgeting and project justification to drive productivity and safety

• Experience supervising engineers, graduates and interns.
• Solid safety mindset and MSHA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor mining engineers, graduates and interns.
• Ensure safe, compliant planning and execution of work.
• Participate in mine planning and scheduling meetings.
• Engage with Geology, Survey and Safety teams.
• Perform cost analyses for projects and budgets.
