You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure accurate Mineral Reserve inputs and compliant, value-driven mine plans. The role emphasizes safety leadership, independent technical reviews, and collaboration with site teams and corporate groups to optimize portfolio value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering with 8+ years of experience in mine engineering or technical studies.
• Demonstrated ability to perform long-term planning, scheduling, and economic evaluation.
• Strong communication and writing skills with a track record of peer reviews.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety leadership and integrate safety into mine planning and design.
• Develop and review budget, master plans, and economic analyses for mines.
• Provide independent technical reviews and peer support across design, scheduling, and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mine plans with corporate objectives.
• Support governance and reporting of Mineral Reserves and related studies.
