Job summary

Delve Underground is seeking a Construction Manager to lead world-class tunnel projects and large-scale underground infrastructure work. This full-time role emphasizes directing project teams, maintaining safety, and delivering on time and on budget across various sites.

The successful candidate will manage budgets up to $500 million, oversee QA/QC and risk management, and develop client opportunities while representing the company in industry forums.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as project owner's representative in managing construction contractors, including contract administration duties (payments, change orders, time extensions, claims, certificates of completion).
• Provide and oversee progress reporting to owner’s organization.
• Lead a construction management team (resident engineers, office/field engineers, cost controller, document controller, inspectors, admin support).
• Plan, create and oversee deliverables such as schedules, specifications, and budget reports.
• Lead QA/QC reviews per client requirements and company policy.
• Lead risk management efforts.
• Manage projects with construction budgets up to $500 Million.
• Develop business development strategies with new and existing clients.
• Promote and represent the Company in industry forums.
• Input to strategic initiatives and objectives.
• Contribute to the Construction Management Group growth per the company’s plans.
