Qualifications

• More than ten years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Owns a large and complete assortment of appropriate hand tools and may have some specialized tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide mechanical services meeting customer needs and department goals.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures.
• Disassemble/assemble machine components per manufacturer specs using hand/pneumatic tools.
• Rebuild, repair, and maintain equipment and components.
• Demonstrate strong customer relations and communicate needs to shop management.
• Plan and control cost of repair jobs.
