Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an Advanced Reservoir Engineer in Spring, TX to lead complex reservoir studies across Unconventional assets and optimize performance from exploration through operations.

You will collaborate with geoscience, drilling, production and facilities teams to deliver actionable insights that maximize resource recovery and asset value, mentoring peers and championing technology deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred).
• 3–15 years in Unconventional Reservoir Engineering (Bakken, Permian, Eagle Ford, etc.).
• Experience in unconventional developments and economic evaluations.
• Proficiency with industry software and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
