Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Completions Manager for the US Land Operations team within the Wells Business Unit, based in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead end-to-end completion campaigns, including hydraulic fracturing, flowback, drillout and well interventions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets while upholding safety and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Full U.S. work authorization without restrictions or future sponsorship requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• At least 15 years in completion engineering for unconventionals; 5+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end completions, workover and abandonment programs across multiple areas.
• Ensure safety culture, regulatory compliance and incident investigations.
• Develop budgets, monitor costs, and manage contractor performance.
• Collaborate with Reservoir, Production, Drilling and Development teams.
• Drive data‑driven decisions and adoption of new tech and analytics.
