You will engage in independent research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply data analytics and simulations to optimize design and execution across unconventionals, improving efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in lab work, fracturing fluids, and field-scale pilots.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in unconventionals.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions using experience and perspectives, impacting the department; works independently on moderately complex projects.
• Conduct research and development on new well engineering technologies.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to optimize well design, execution, and operation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate research findings.
• Identify and mitigate risks in well design and operations.
