Job summary

UCI Health in California is seeking a diagnostic ultrasound technologist to perform a full range of ultrasound procedures and support advanced imaging within the Ultrasound Department.

Reporting to the Ultrasound Supervisor, you will prepare patients, adjust equipment, rotate shifts including holidays, and assist in training technologist students. ARDMS certification and at least three years of ultrasound experience are required.

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification required.
• Three years of diagnostic ultrasound experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with pediatric ultrasound, NICU, and related exams.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of basic and complex ultrasound procedures.
• Prepare and position patients and adjust equipment for optimal imaging.
• Rotate shifts and holiday coverage as needed; train technologist students.
