Veolia Group is seeking a Senior Application Engineer for the North America MicroElectronics Applications Engineering Team. You will be the primary technical contact for clients, leading the design of cutting-edge UPW treatment solutions and managing the full bid lifecycle from lead qualification to contract execution.

You will collaborate with a global cross-functional team, develop technical documentation, manage cost estimation, and drive proposal development while ensuring on-time delivery

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related accredited field.
• Minimum 5 years in chemical/mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in ultra pure water treatment technologies.
• Demonstrated success in bid/proposal development with strong technical and commercial analysis skills.
• Track record in customer-facing technical sales or engineering roles.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Mansioni

• Lead bid strategy development in partnership with Sales and meet submission deadlines.
• Translate customer requirements into Veolia solutions, optimizing competitive positioning and value delivery.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to design flowsheet processes that solve complex water treatment challenges.
• Develop technical documentation, including P&IDs and proposal materials that clearly communicate solution advantages.
• Manage cost estimation by partnering with Sourcing teams to obtain quotes and finalize competitive pricing.
• Drive proposal development by leading meetings, reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
• Establish project timelines and prioritize deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with internal bid development procedures, tracking, and forecasting protocols.
