The Senior UKG WFM Timekeeping Analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Timekeeping within the healthcare system. This role is responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of UKG Timekeeping solutions to ensure accurate pay, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across clinical and non‑clinical departments. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise in UKG Timekeeping, strong healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Payroll, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
$110,000.00 USD – $140,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
