Job summary

The Arc of Central Alabama is seeking a senior Payroll Administrator with certification to own end-to-end payroll operations within the UKG Ready platform. You will configure and maintain UKG Ready payroll, timekeeping (TLM), and pay rules, ensuring accurate multi-cycle payroll across all programs and locations.

You will work closely with People Operations and Finance to maintain confidential records, generate payroll reports, and support audits while upholding compliance and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Senior payroll role requiring certification.
• Experience configuring and maintaining UKG Ready payroll and timekeeping.
• Ability to process multi-cycle payroll accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll for all employee populations in UKG Ready.
• Configure and maintain UKG Ready payroll, timekeeping, pay rules, and accruals.
• Review timekeeping data including hours, overtime, and leave balances.
• Calculate wage deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll, tax, and system issues; escalate as needed.
