Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or automation experience.

This individual will serve as a senior technical resource capable of evaluating business problems, determining whether Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the appropriate solution, and delivering scalable automations within an Agile development environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong UiPath development expertise with broader software engineering knowledge and experience working within Azure DevOps-driven delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support UiPath automation solutions
• Analyze business requirements and determine the most effective technical solution, including evaluating whether RPA is the appropriate approach
• Build scalable, maintainable automations using UiPath best practices and reusable components
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product owners to identify automation opportunities
• Configure and support CI/CD pipelines for UiPath deployments using Azure DevOps
• Manage source control, branching strategies, code reviews, and pull requests
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Document automation workflows, technical design decisions, and support procedures
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, governance, and development standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or automation development experience
