Chenega MIOS is seeking a UI/UX Lead to serve as the senior user experience authority for the GSAFleet.gov program, guiding intuitive, accessible designs across products and services while collaborating with Government Product Managers, Solution Architects, Agile teams, and stakeholders.

The role translates complex requirements into user-centered solutions to improve satisfaction, productivity, and adoption of GSA Fleet services, with a focus on accessibility and usability studies in a remote

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of UX development for large-scale software projects.
Must be able to undergo a Tier 2S Investigation and obtain a favorable outcome.
Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct research with agency customers, Fleet employees, suppliers, and other users.
Create personas, journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
Establish and promote consistent UX patterns across GSAFleet.gov products.
Conduct usability studies and recommend backlog improvements.
Incorporate Section 508 accessibility into designs and criteria.
Define user-centered stories, acceptance criteria, and design specs with PMs/Leads.
Promote consistent patterns and accessible interfaces across products.
Assess released features using user feedback and refine designs.
Other duties as assigned.
