Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead complex design initiatives and shape product experiences. You will own design decisions end to end, mentor junior designers, and influence product direction through user advocacy and systems thinking.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to set vision and roadmap, apply user research, evolve design systems, and raise design quality across the team.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and impact.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design systems, accessibility, and usability.
• Proven experience influencing product decisions and working with senior stakeholders.
