Job summary

OEConnection is building a new analytics product and seeks a Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience. You will turn complex data into clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations that help users understand what’s happening and decide what to do next.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience with a dashboard/data-vision portfolio.
• Strong data-viz principles and chart selection to reduce clutter and guide attention.
• Advanced Figma skills: components, variables, auto layout, prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that make complex information intuitive and scannable.
• Translate ambiguous data and user needs into clear interaction models and interface patterns.
• Choose chart types, layouts, and information hierarchies for analytical tasks.
• Prototype and test concepts with users, iterating based on real feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality designs.
• Work within and contribute to the design system to keep the product consistent.
