Job summary

SplitMetrics is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft end-to-end experiences across its ecosystem of products. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions, focusing on analytics dashboards and data-heavy interfaces.

You will own small features end-to-end, conduct user research, and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS or analytical products.
• Strong product sense and ability to understand product goals, business context, and user needs.
• Hands-on experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or data-heavy interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences for the ecosystem of SplitMetrics products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Work on analytical dashboards, visualize complex data, and create flows that help users understand information quickly.
• Own small features from ideation to release, including prototyping and handoff to engineers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions and improve adoption.
• Maintain and evolve the design system across products and platforms.
