Job summary
Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to support a broad Federal initiative. You will drive research, design and delivery of accessible web and mobile interfaces for multiple clients and stakeholders, ensuring usability and compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; strong UX design portfolio.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Minimum 10+ years in UX/UI design including web/mobile.
- Portfolio demonstrating research-informed design decisions.
- Experience with accessibility standards (508/USWDS).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-scale UX design efforts including research, blueprinting, and evaluation of existing systems.
- Plan, design, and implement multiple sites and applications across clients in fast-paced environments.
- Lead all phases of user research to inform usable web and application interfaces.
- Collaborate with federal engineers and clients to create intuitive, innovative solutions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to communicate ideas.
