Job summary

StradIT in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to lead end-to-end design for enterprise web and mobile applications. You will conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and information architecture, and translate business needs into design specs for development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design/tech field.
• 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise apps.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX/UI work.
• Proficiency with Figma, XD, Sketch or equivalents.
• Experience creating wireframes, journeys, and design systems.
• Solid knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and usability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments.
• Analyze user journeys, workflows, and pain points to identify improvements.
• Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows.
• Define end-to-end user experiences aligned with business objectives.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and reusable components.
• Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product discovery.
• Translate business requirements into design specifications for development teams.
• Review implementations to ensure adherence to approved designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
• Analyze data and user behavior to drive improvements.
• Validate design solutions through prototypes and testing.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging UX practices.
• Ensure accessibility standards compliance (WCAG).
• Advocate for inclusive, user-centered design practices.
• Support design reviews and quality assurance.
